What is the project?

Creative Grow Well is a development of the Grow Well therapeutic community garden groups.  INDOOR sessions take place every Monday at the Dusty Forge/ACE, Ely and every Thursday at W2, Riverside.  The sessions are based on providing a warm welcome to new participants, engaging them in nature-based arts and craft activities and supporting them to connect with other members of the group through tea, chat and soup.

Who is it for? 

It is for people experiencing the following sorts of difficulties: Socially isolated *  Anxiety and Depression * * Stress * Low confidence and self esteem * Recovering from a health condition * Living with chronic health conditions

Carers *  Bereavement  * Lacking a family / social network *  *Loss of role after retirement
