We are pleased to announce that from Monday October 13th you will be able to book a telephone triage appointment or cancel an existing appointment at Ely Bridge Surgery on the NHS Wales App as well as order repeats and view parts of your medical record. To access the App you must have a fully verified NHS Login, or a valid photo ID to prove who you are and be aged 16 or over. . It is secure and safe for both the practice and patients. Patients accessing this facility will do so via a secure server and at no time can they view the actual practice system.
You may have created your NHS login already, for a service like the Covid Pass. If you have this login you can sign straight in.
