Creative Grow Well has been developed as an extension of our Grow Well Community Garden wellbeing project, offering nature based craft activities during the winter months, alongside our outdoor gardening sessions. After a successful run last year we are pleased to offer the project again this year for  people living or registered with a GP in the Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau areas.

The sessions offer participants a chance to learn something new, meet and socialise with people, and share some freshly made hot soup and refreshments, in an indoor environment with a view to them continuing on in the outdoor gardening groups from the Spring. 

There will be a range of different workshops including, printmaking, herbal hand warmers and bath salts, felting, clay work and painting and drawing.

As with our existing Grow Well project referrals are welcome via Elemental or using our referral form.

Sessions take place each Thursday from November 9th 2023 – February 29th 2024, 1-3pm at Wesley Methodist Church Community Hall, Canton.
