Cardiff Wellbeing Support Service
The Cardiff Wellbeing Support Service is designed to enhance wellbeing by encouraging individuals to become more active and connected within their communities. We offer short-term, one-to-one mentoring from our dedicated Health and Wellbeing Mentors, helping participants access the support and resources they need. This service is available to anyone aged 16 and over who feels socially isolated and would like help getting involved in community groups and activities.
