Grow Cardiff are through to the final round of the National Lottery’s People’s Project – and they need your votes to win.

Grow Cardiff aims to inspire people to use community gardening not only to grow fantastic vegetables, herbs, trees and flowers, birds and bees, but through this to build caring and inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.

They are through to the final round of the National Lottery’s People’s Project for Wales, which is a fund that is decided by votes from the general public.

We know that gardening and a sense of belonging can make a huge difference to people’s health & wellbeing.
We know that connecting with nature and others can make a huge difference to people’s health & well-being.  
Community gardens not only allow people to be a part of a community with shared goals, but also enable them to nurture something they planted into something beautiful or edible.
With your support, Grow Cardiff could win a year’s worth of funding for their award-winning Grow Well project which uses community gardening to support people who are struggling with mental or physical health issues, loneliness or isolation.

The funding will transform the lives of local people and enable the charity to expand the service into other areas of the city.
