Your vaginal swab has shown a growth of candida, which is a yeast infection (thrush). This can be treated with over the counter Clotrimazole Cream or pessaries, and can be purchased at a pharmacy.
Wearing loose cotton clothing can help try to reduce the chance of getting thrush.
