Your recent x-ray shows some changes in the joint that are consistent with mild to moderate osteoarthritis.
The treatment of this is usually symptom based with the aim of reducing pain and maintaining mobility and function. Simple non strenuous exercises and stretches are recommended. Over the counter Paracetamol when required may be useful to help with pain.
