This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiff South West Cluster Team delivering a range of health and social care services to the Cluster population in the community. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, patient focused individual to join our team.

Cardiff South West Cluster is made up of 10 Surgeries/ practices based in Ely, Caerau, Canton, Riverside, Pontcanna with approximately 67,000 patients.

We are looking for a reliable person who must be able to work on their own initiative to work alongside the Care Hub & Multi-disciplinary team. You will be highly organised, proactive, professional and an excellent communicator who is keen to learn and be an integral part of the team to provide a high standard of service to colleagues and patients.

Working hours are 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday (exclusive of bank holidays)
