The Health Board’s Communication and Engagement Team has commissioned Strategic Research & Insight (SRI) to run an online survey for people living in Cardiff City and South to understand how much people know about local primary care services.

The aim is to gather insights on awareness of local health services, how people currently access care and where and how people access information. The findings will help shape future communication and engagement work to better meet the needs of the community.

The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and is available in Welsh, English, Arabic, Polish, Czech, Somali and Urdu. To encourage participation, respondents can enter a prize draw to win a £50 One4All shopping voucher.
